Founder

Jay Mincks is an accomplished business leader, award winning author, mentor, and philanthropist. He is the Founder of BestFit PEO Solutions, LLC, a company that provides professional employer organization (PEO) advisory services to small and medium-sized businesses. With over 30 years of experience in the HR outsourcing industry, Jay is a seasoned executive who has a proven track record of driving growth and success. Prior to founding BestFit, Jay served as the Executive Vice President of Insperity, where he led all sales and marketing efforts and played a key role in growing the company from a small business to almost $6 billion in revenue. Jay is a sought-after speaker and mentor and has received numerous awards and recognitions for his contributions to the business community. Jay holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Houston. He is also a dedicated philanthropist who supports several charitable causes.

Nate Olsen

President

Nate Olsen, President of BestFit PEO Solutions, is a highly influential figure in the PEO industry, bringing nearly three decades of experience to his role. With his expertise and vision, Nate leads strategic relationships and ensures BestFit remains a leader in the field. He has held leadership positions with renowned PEOs such as Insperity, ADP TotalSource, and TriNet and has a global perspective, having worked with an international employer of record (EOR), Safeguard Global. Nate served on the ACG Global board and CompTIA's advisory council. He is not only dedicated to his work but also to his community.  Nate is a founding board member of Wheelchairs for Warriors and a past board member of several other non-profit organizations. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from California Lutheran University and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University in California.

As Vice President of Marketing and International Business Development at BestFit PEO Solutions, Justin Mincks brings over 15 years of experience in the PEO industry. With a BA in Audio Engineering from the School of Audio Engineering in Amsterdam and a background in music direction and events promotion, Justin infuses a creative flair and an eye for detail into the company's marketing efforts. He is responsible for driving BestFit's international employment solutions division as well, which has greatly enhanced the organization's global growth and reach. Justin's expertise and dedication to BestFit have made him an invaluable member of the team.

Peter Mantell

Senior Vice President, Business Development & Strategic Planning

Peter Mantell is the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Planning for BestFit PEO Solutions, LLC. With over 34 years of experience in downstream business development, marketing, and strategic planning at Legacy Exxon (now Exxon Mobil), Peter brings a wealth of knowledge to his current position. In 2002, he founded his own consulting firm, Independent Consulting Associates, where he helped small businesses overcome obstacles to their growth. Additionally, he spent 18 years consulting with Insperity's senior management team, focusing on corporate growth and longer-term planning and sustainability. Peter's years of experience make him an asset to BestFit PEO Solutions as the company continues to grow and expand.

Director of Business Development

Cullen Mincks shines in his role as Director of Business Development at BestFit™ PEO Solutions, LLC, where he has showcased a decade of influential leadership within the PEO industry. Throughout his career, Cullen has advanced from being a Marketing Manager at JESAM Enterprises, LLC, to engaging in Sales Development at AlphaGraphics and enhancing Sales Performance at Insperity. This trajectory highlights his steady growth and commitment to strategic innovation.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Cullen enjoys a rich personal life as a devoted father, car enthusiast/collector and community supporter which speaks to his energy and cultural engagement. His robust business savvy, combined with his dynamic personal interests, significantly contributes to his professional achievements and recognition in the field.
